➤ ***Attention FedMall Suppliers***

Due to a delay in FY21 NSN updates, Catalog modifications and uploads are currently running about 22 days from completion of your file uploads to your items being available on FEDMALL. If you have catalog mods/uploads and they have processed without any errors, please do not re-upload. Also, please make sure you are only uploading items from your catalog that are new or need to be updated rather than the whole catalog file. This will greatly assist in reducing the backlog we currently have. The FedMall PMO is working diligently with our development team to identify methods for reducing the current backlog. Additionally, we are implementing system improvements which will greatly reduce the wait time in the near future. We truly apologize for this issue.
