Supplier Portal Announcements
Attention Suppliers: in coordination with GSA and SAM.gov. the DUNS is being replaced with the UEI, and action is needed now. Suppliers with an EDI Delivery Order Configuration will need to update their ISA Receiver ID Qualifier in Supplier Portal, update their VAN, and coordinate with the Supplier Account Managers. DUNS (01) and DUNS plus suffix (14) will no longer be accepted starting on 3/25/2022; vendors can utilize Mutually defined (ZZ) as their ISA Receiver ID Qualifier.
FedMall has transitioned to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website!
PIEE provides Single Sign-On (SSO) capability for its users, and FedMall can now be accessed via PIEE at https://piee.eb.mil/ We recommend that you bookmark this URL to access PIEE and FedMall
It is imperative that the FedMall Vendors that do not currently have a PIEE account associated with a Contractor Administrator (CAM) designated, follow the procedures ‘here’ to ensure you are able to immediately access PIEE and FedMall after the transition
Existing FedMall accounts have been migrated to PIEE. Users will select the same certificate to access PIEE that they previously used to access FedMall. Refer to the migration guides located on the FedMall landing page. The migration guides are based on your user type to assist in the PIEE registration and access to FedMall.
Active FedMall user accounts prior to November 4, 2021, were migrated to PIEE in an “Enabled” status with an “Active” FedMall Role. These users will only be required to fill in some additional registration information, and also complete a revalidation shortly after their first-time logging in. FedMall registrations on or after November 4, 2021 will have to register as a new user in PIEE.
New PIEE and FedMall users will follow the PIEE registration and approval processes. Contractor Administrator (CAM) approvals and activation will be required to gain access to FedMall.

Catalog modifications and uploads are currently running about 3 days from completion of your file uploads to your items being available on FEDMALL. If you have catalog mods/uploads and they have processed without any errors, please do not re-upload. Also, please make sure you are only uploading items from your catalog that are new or need to be updated rather than the whole catalog file. This will greatly assist in preventing long backlog.
There are impactful changes to PSCs effective 29 October, including new and expiring PSCs. To ensure PSC item attributes are accurate, please update the FedMall catalogs to reflect these changes by selecting an appropriate new PSC for all expiring PSCs on your catalog. Contact your KO for any necessary contract modifications, if applicable. For the latest PSC list and crosswalk, click “here”. For the latest PSC manual, click “here”. The documents are also posted on this page in the FedMall Supplier Downloads sections
