Suppliers, the FedMall application, will be doing price updates starting on Dec 30th for approximately three weeks. During this time, FedMall will not process any new uploads or modifications to your catalogs until the maintenance cycle has completed. Once the maintenance cycle has completed, we will post a notification to the Portal Homepage. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
There are impactful changes to PSCs effective 29 October, including new and expiring PSCs. To ensure PSC item attributes are accurate, please update the FedMall catalogs to reflect these changes by selecting an appropriate new PSC for all expiring PSCs on your catalog. Section 889(a)(1)(A) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232) prohibits the head of an executive agency on or after August 13, 2019, from procuring or obtaining, or extending or renewing a contract to procure or obtain, any equipment, system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system. In accordance with FAR 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment the following companies and their subsidiaries fall under the above prohibitioni:
- Telecommunications equipment produced by Huawei Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities);
- Physical security surveillance of critical infrastructure and other national security purposes, video surveillance and telecommunications equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities).
DLA is assessing requirements for the remainder of the Fiscal Year. This may result in the cancellation of select DLA active solicitations and changes to traditional acquisition activity to include the receipt of FedMall order notifications for awards that were not fully executed, and therefore not posted on DIBBS. We will provide additional information as soon as it is available.
Due to conflicting data sources, there may be a size discrepancy on product detail pages between the size displayed at the top and the size in Description: Segment M; Characteristics Data. The size in Description: Segment M is correct. Please verify with FedLog or Segment M for the correct size.
The original phase of the FedMall MarketPlace was limited to Office Supplies North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) and has now been expanded to allow more NAICS to be offered. For additional information, please click here

Symantec user certificates expired on September 25, 2017. User have the option of registering a new certificate with one of two certificate issuers--Ident Trust or ORC. Users will be required to register a new account on FedMall. Once new account is approved, the previous account will no longer be accessible. Users must know that the previous account history will not be included or available under their new account.

FedMall is an eCommerce ordering system for DOD, Federal, State, and authorized local Agencies to search for and acquire products from government reserves and commercial sources. Buyers will have access to tens of millions of individual items of supply, from centrally managed DOD and General Service Administration (GSA) assets to commercial off-the-shelf products.
What is the Supplier Portal?
Supplier Portal is designed for Vendors who wish to sell items in FedMall. From the Supplier Portal, Vendors may view and maintain the catalogs, access purchase orders, and manage their FedMall accounts.
How do I access the Supplier Portal?
Before you begin, you must have a valid authentication credential; that is a CAC card, PIV card, or other electronic certificate that uniquely identifies who you are. For more information about obtaining such a certificate, click here. After entering the Supplier Portal, you will have the opportunity to register, if you haven't already done so. Registration requires a valid CAGE code that has an active registration in SAM.gov.
